Quality Assurance

The Quality assurance and technical services laboratory for rubber components is equipped with the most advances testing facilities, and manned by an expert staff. The company is fully equipped to carry out various tests like tenstile strength test, specific gravity test, oil immersion test and ash content.

Co-Extruded Profile

ASP Co-extruded profiles are made of two different compounds using solid EPDM and sponge EPDM with metal inserted. These profiles have varied application where water, dust and noise dust have to be kept out e.g in Automobiles, Industries, and Canopies etc.

Flocked Glass Run

These are guides for windows which can be raised and lowered. They come in various sizes, must be functional and hard-wearing, though subject to service condition such as as vibration, climate and aerodynamic effects. ASP channel feature excellent air and water tightness even when the window lowered or raided, and this very important in curved windows which are much used today in motor vehicles. The windows glass run channels are made with the very latest extraction methods and flocking.

PVC and TRIMS

The edge protectors shown simplify the finishing of edges. They eliminate preparatory and follow-up work while providing the decorative effects often desired. They edge protectors consist of a U-Shaped metal base profile jacketed with PVC. Depending on the design, this support profile can be made more or less flexible. PVC edge protector can be made in different colours as per customer requirement.

WIND Shields/Solid Rubber/Building

Solid Profile are often known as EPDM Dense rubber profiles are made in different hardness as per customers specification and are used for the following application: A. Winds shields & fixed Windows Panels. B. Glazing Rubbers for Bus & Truck body building. C. Glazing Rubber for the containers sealing, Railways, Shipping application & others. D. Glazing profile for building & windows. These Profiles are Ozone & temperature resistant.

Sponge Profile

ASP Cellular door profile fit snugly into the hole of the auto body. With excellent compressibility, they are the best sealants for door. These Profiles provide better tightness and keep air, dust and water out effectively. They also ensure a smooth closing of the doors. And when the vehicle runs, their anti-vibration quality ensures a silent drive.

Sticking Profile

These are to be found on vehicles bodies where dust and water are to be kept out, eg., Around doors and luggage compartments. The rubber tubes generally sponge rubber are made of synthetic materials of high quality which provide the hard wearing and elastic characteristics required. The rubber profile is technologogically bonded to a PVC profile having a metal insert to permit quick fitting to the body.

TPR Profile

TPEs (TPR) are used where conventional elastomers cannot provide the range of physical properties needed in the product. These materials find large application in the automotive sector and in household appliances sector. TPEs are used in vehicles where stiffness and abrasion resistance are at a premium. Thermoplastic Rubber are used for extraction of glass run and dynamic weather stripping car profiles. Profiles made out of this polymer are re-cyclable and are very light in weight.
